The sand recovery system play a important role in the sand production line, the traditional dry process production line and wet type process production line, especially in the wet production process, it will lead to the fine sand lost series, not only it will polluting the environment, but also it will lost massive sand,

 

The waste water was discharged from the spiral sand washing machine and wheel buket sand washing machine, and the fine sand content is about 15%,so after through the sand recovery machine, the fine sand was recycled and the water with small amounts of impurities will be sent to the settling pond, After a very short time, the water restore clear and realized the recycling.
