Zoonyee 500t/h granite crushing and screening plant
Toward to the end of installation for quarry project , a new 450- 500T/H granite Crushing and Screening Sand Making Plant would be put into operation soon.
This production line are designed for producing the high quality concrete aggregate in Zoonyee and around area.

According to the characteristics of the limestone and client’s requirement, This production line was designed into five parts,ZSW600X150and GZG140-6 model vibrating feeder, CGE300 andPE1200×1500 jaw crusher as primary crushers, PSGB1636& PSGD1613 cone crusher as secondary crushers, PL1300 sand making machine as the tertiary crusher, and the 2YK2475 vibrating screen in which would improve the quality of the man-made sand. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the dust emission and protect the environment, this production line has been configured with dust collector device.
Considering the site characters and in order to distribute the terrain elevation difference reasonably, feeder and screen have been installed in hierarchical ladder-type. The production system adopt S type belt car which expand the stock space for the finish products stacking.
bring economic and spiritual benefits back to customers, Zoonyee people work hard with wisdom. This project surely would become the landmark project in Middle of China.
